Project Overview
United Tires is one of the fastest-growing online tire retailers in the US — 95,000+ tires in stock, free nationwide shipping, and multiple warehouse.
But buying tires online, especially used tires, makes people nervous. They can't inspect the product. They don't know if the seller is legitimate. They worry about what happens if something goes wrong.
The goal: create a video that lives on every product listing and answers those concerns before customers bounce.
I handled the entire production — from customer research through final delivery.
Research
Before scripting, I interviewed recent customers to understand what made them hesitate — and what ultimately convinced them to buy.
Key concerns that shaped the script:
"Is this company legit or a scam?"
"What's the actual quality of used tires?"
"What if something goes wrong with my order?"
The video directly addresses these by showing the real warehouse, real quality inspection process, and real team.
Production
Storyboarding Mapped each scene to a specific customer concern. Every shot had a purpose.
Filming Selected lenses, managed lighting, directed shots. One-person crew.
Editing & Post-Production Cut in DaVinci Resolve and After Effects. Storyboards made editing efficient — I knew exactly what I needed.
Sound Design Hired voiceover actor, selected music, mixed audio to support the narrative.
